How long is the call and what does it cost?
Thirty minutes, at no cost, and there is no obligation afterwards. It is a conversation to establish whether there is something worth working on, not a sales presentation. If we conclude there isn't, we will say so on the call.
Who will I be speaking to?
The person who would do the work. BigLearn is small enough that there is no account manager layer between you and whoever builds the thing, which means the answers you get on the call are the ones that will hold.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. It helps if you can describe one process that costs your team time: what happens, who does it, how often, and what goes wrong. You do not need data, diagrams or a budget. If you have a rough sense of how many hours a week the process takes, bring that.
Which language will the call be in?
English or Portuguese, whichever you prefer. Tell us in the message field and we will follow your lead.
Is the call remote or in person?
Remote by default, by video or phone. We are based in Lisbon and can meet in person in the Lisbon area when that is more useful — say so in the message and we will arrange it.
What happens to the information I send?
It reaches us by email and is used to prepare and hold the call. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. The full detail is in our privacy policy, which is published in Portuguese as the authoritative version.
