What changes from industry to industry
The terminology, the systems and what is at stake when something goes wrong. An AI agent answering a hotel guest can fail in very different ways from one assisting a citizen, and the level of human oversight required is not the same.
That is why these five areas have their own solutions rather than being grouped into one generic page. When we already understand how an industry works, the diagnosis starts further ahead and the first meetings do not need to be spent learning the basics of your business.
What does not change
The team, the method and what we are prepared to say no to. We always start with a specific process that is costing time, measure what it costs today, and only then decide whether AI is the right tool. If a simple rule works better, we will say so.
The people responsible do not change either: direct senior involvement from diagnosis through implementation, without layers between the people who sell the project and the people who build it.
